Public register of land holdings

Scottish Natural Heritage owns or leases various properties across Scotland – from offices to land managed as National Nature Reserves.

Our land holdings include around 40 rural properties that are mostly managed as National Nature Reserves. These can contain a range of buildings that are used when managing the land.

We also own or lease some of our offices and other buildings that we use to carry out our work.

Read the SNH Property Register.

You can also view the SNH Rural Land Asset Management Plan map that shows the location of land that we own or lease.

Management of land assets

Our Rural Land Asset Management Plan sets out our approach to managing our land and future plans for each property.
