Organisational structure

NatureScot divides work across our four Corporate Outcomes – each led by a director who sits on our Senior Leadership Team.

Our four Corporate Outcomes are:

• More people enjoying and benefitting from nature
• The health and resilience of Scotland’s nature is improved
• More investment in the management of Scotland’s Natural Capital
• We have transformed how we work

All three directors sit on our Senior Leadership Team. Our Chief Executive, appointed by our Board, leads this team.

Our Board is supported by our:

• Audit and Risk Committee
• Protected Areas Committee
• Scientific Advisory Committee

We also have an Executive Office, which services our Board, Senior Leadership Team and advisory committees.

• Central Highland
• West
• West Central
• South
