Peatland ACTION training courses in 2026
- Principles of peatland restoration for practical contractors, Inverness
When: 07 July or 08 July 2026 (9.30am - 4.30pm)
Where: Great Glen House, Inverness, Highlands
What: One-day training providing an introduction to the principles of peatland restoration for businesses and individual machine operators who are interested in delivering work on the ground.
It will be delivered by our Peatland ACTION partners from the Crichton Carbon Centre and will focus on the 'what, why and how' of peatland restoration.
We offer various training courses including Peatland assessment and restoration, Bog bryophytes for beginners, Peatland restoration and protection of the water environment, Forest-to-bog restoration and much more - keep an eye on this web page and our social channels for updates.
