Storytelling - Tales of the sea at St cyrus NNR

In celebration of National Whale and Dolphin Watch, we will have stories inspired by the sea, tales of whales, dolphins and monsters of the deep, told by Pauline Cordiner. This amazing storyteller will skilfully weave tales of the reserve and surrounding areas, leaving you spellbound!

Storytelling times:

  • 12:00-13:00 
  • 13:30-14:30

Booking information 

  • Booking: Not essential, just drop in to the St Cyrus Visitor Centre during times shown above.
  • All under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Wear weather-appropriate clothing and footwear and bring food/drink if you would like to.
  • Dogs must be kept on a lead during events.
  • All NatureScot events are free of charge but a donation is always welcome.

    To reach St Cyrus from Montrose, head 5 miles north on the A92 coastal road. St Cyrus NNR is signposted on the right, immediately before the Northwater Bridge over the River Esk. Follow the single track road for 1.5 miles to the car park and visitor centre. The nearest bus stop is in St Cyrus (1.5 miles) on the Aberdeen - Montrose bus route.
