National Nature Reserve Management Plan Consultation
NatureScot managed National Nature Reserves have management plans which guide our management in terms of maintaining and enhancing the Natural Heritage features especially those features for which the site is designated while also providing a high quality visitor experience.
Each of these plans cover a 10 year period before undergoing a review.
NatureScot are now inviting members of the public to express their views and providing opportunity to comment upon these plans. The primary function of our reviews is to ensure our management is delivering well managed sites for nature, particularly those features for which a site is designated.
Each plan will be available on the consultation section of our website for a period of 28 days. Printed copies of consultation plans may requested by phoning 01738 458615.
