The weekend will be packed with information and activities celebrating this incredible National Nature Reserve. Come and learn all about the wonderful wildlife that lives here and how the reserves’ special climate and soils create a perfect place for very rare and unusual plants and animals!

Booking information 

  • Booking: Not essential, just drop in to the St Cyrus Visitor Centre during times shown.
  • All children must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Wear weather-appropriate clothing and footwear and bring food/drink if you would like to.
  • Dogs must be kept on a lead during events.
  • All NatureScot events are free of charge but a donation is always welcome.

    To reach St Cyrus from Montrose, head 5 miles north on the A92 coastal road. St Cyrus NNR is signposted on the right, immediately before the Northwater Bridge over the River Esk. Follow the single track road for 1.5 miles to the car park and visitor centre. The nearest bus stop is in St Cyrus (1.5 miles) on the Aberdeen - Montrose bus route.
