Join us at Taynish National Nature Reserve for a free scything workshop led by Scything expert Rob Brodie. We only have 10 spaces for the course so please book early to save your space.

  • Meet at Taynish sheds. 
  • All under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Wear weather-appropriate clothing and footwear and please bring your own lunch and drinks.
  • All NatureScot events are free of charge but a donation is always welcome.

    Head for the beautiful little village of Tayvallich north west of Lochgilphead, Argyll.  From the Village Hall car park, follow the signs for Taynish National Nature Reserve.  Once you reach the Reserve Car Park, Taynish Mill is signposted.  Approx walking distance ¼ mile. The pathway to the Mill is all access.
