NatureScot Archive Report 028: Initial stock estimates for blanket bog and upland heathland priority habitats in Scotland

In order to help with reporting on the extent of large-scale habitats in Scotland for the UK Biodiversity Action Plan (UK BAP), the Countryside Survey Scoping Study Upland Topic Group, undertook assessment of the Countryside Survey data in 2005 to provide estimates of the stock resource of Blanket Bog and Upland Heathland Priority Habitats. This progress report describes this process.
