Our Response
Following a search of the information we hold our response is attached separately.
We do not record invoice due dates or payment terms for each individual invoice. Instead, we set all suppliers payment terms at Net 10 days in line with the 10-Day Prompt Payment target set by the Scottish Government and outlined in our terms and conditions.
The ‘Late Payment Compensation or Interest Paid (if any)’ is provided below broken down by financial year. This is recorded separately to the attached report.
- 2019/20: No late payment fees
- 2020/21: No late payment fees
- 2021/22: No late payment fees
- 2022/23: Two late payment fees:
- £25.00 late payment fee
- £14.85 late payment charge - 2023/24: No late payment fees
- 2024/25: No late payment fees
- April – October 2025/26: One late payment fee:
- £100.00 late payment fee
Please also refer to the annual accounts on our website which includes a disclosure on our Prompt Payment Policy and the year’s % performance.
Individual names in the attached information have been marked out (redacted). Releasing personal data into the public domain in response to an access to information request would breach the Data Protection Act 2018. We are therefore withholding the information under FOISA section 38(1)(b) (Personal data).
