Your Request & Our Response
Following a search of the information we hold our response to your questions is below.
Current Systems in Use:
a. What Finance and Accounting system(s) does your organization currently use?
b. What Human Resources/Payroll/Duties Management system(s) does your organization currently use?
Oracle Fusion Cloud.
c. What is the total contract value for each of the systems above?
They are both the same system and the combined total contract value since renewal in June 2023 is £815.5k (including tax).
d. Who is the current support provider for each system, when were they awarded the contract and when is it due for renewal?
Support is provided by an in-house team at NatureScot. There is a very small call-off contract which is used sporadically for the rare instances where we are unable to resolve issues in-house, this is provided by Inoapps Ltd. The initial engagement was in July 2021 and is due to end in June 2026.
Renewal and Replacement Plans:
a. Are there any plans to upgrade or replace these system(s)?
No.
b. If so, please provide estimated timelines and budget (if available).
