Taynish Trails Slighean Thaighnis front cover

Take to any of three trails to explore the human history and natural heritage of Taynish National Nature Reserve. The Woodland Trail, for example, leads from the gatehouse of 17th century Taynish House to fine examples of Scotland's rainforest.

View a map of the reserve and its trails, and read in detail about the highlights of each route. Know your badger tracks from your otter prints? Our leaflet also includes a key to the animal footprints you might see in the area.
