NatureScot Commissioned Report 535: Scottish Recreation Survey: annual summary report 2011

NatureScot measures the levels of participation in walking and other outdoor recreational activities each year to support the achievement of Scottish Government policy. The Scottish Recreation Survey (ScRS), piloted in 2002 and which commenced in July 2003, is the established vehicle for gathering this information. This report covers the eighth full calendar year of data collection from January to December 2011 inclusive.
