Following a search of the information we hold our response is below.
What Learning Management System(s) (LMS) or other learning platform(s) does your organisation currently use?
Oracle Fusion Learning.
What is the LMS and/or learning platform(s) primarily used for (e.g. internal staff development, external learner access)?
Internal staff use only.
Approximately how many unique users (internal and external learners) logged into the LMS/learning platform at least once during 2025?
As our LMS is integrated to the Fusion platform it is not possible to separate this number, but we have 795 current active users of Oracle Fusion, and all have access to the Learning functions.
Who is your current LMS/learning platform support, hosting, or implementation provider?
Support is provided by an in-house support team, and the platform is hosted by Oracle.
What is the value of your LMS/learning platform-related contract(s) per annum?
LMS Functionality is currently incurring an annual licence cost of £9747.20 (inc VAT).
What is the contract start and end date (including any optional extension periods)?
June 2023-June 2026 with 2 single year extensions possible (up to June 2028).
Please confirm if the LMS/learning platform is hosted on-premise, via a private cloud, or through a SaaS model?
SaaS model on Oracle Fusion Cloud.
What is the name and role of the person responsible for the learning platform and/or digital learning strategy?
Platform Management: Product Owner Oracle Fusion
Learning Strategy: Organisational Development Manager
Are there any plans to review or replace your LMS in the next 12–24 months?
No.
Is your LMS/learning platform currently integrated with other internal systems (e.g. HRIS, payroll, CRM)?
Yes – As part of the wider Oracle Fusion suite our LMS is integrated with our Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Finance and Procurement system.
