Your Request
All documentation associated with the application submitted for the Agri Environment Climate Scheme 2024 for the above business and assessed by the Golspie Nature Scot office. We request that this includes all correspondence pre and post application submission as well as all application assessment documents.

To be able to use the EIRs, we must apply an exemption under section 39(2) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (‘FOISA’). The Scottish Information Commissioner’s guidance recommends that public authorities apply this exemption to environmental information and handle request under the EIRs.
