Your Request
How many members of your staff worked from abroad (either full time or for a period of time) during the last three years for which information is available?
If any staff did work from abroad (either full time or for a period of time) please name the country they worked from, and the length of time the arrangement lasted for.
For each of the above employees, please identify the department the employee worked in, their role, and their salary grade.
Our Response
Following a search of the information we hold our response is below. Please note the table entries represent individual approvals for employees to work abroad, so some employees have more than one entry across the tables. We allow employees to work a maximum of 30 working days abroad in a 12-month rolling period.
We have withheld any information about roles which cannot be sufficiently anonymised, because releasing personal data into the public domain in response to an access to information request would breach the Data Protection Act 2018. We are therefore withholding the information under FOISA section 38(1)(b) (Personal information).
