Information Request – Organisational Structure
Your Request
‘I would like to request the following under Freedom of Information:
1. High level organogram outlining organisational structure with the number of personnel in each role aligned to any internal organisational units.
2. List of employees organised by role and pay band. ‘
Our Response
Following a search of the information we hold our response is attached separately.
We have provided all the requested information about our Senior Leadership team, who have a public accountability role. However, we have withheld the names of our remaining employees. We have also withheld any information about roles which cannot be sufficiently anonymised. Releasing personal data about our employees into the public domain in response to an access to information request would breach the Data Protection Act 2018. We are therefore withholding the information under FOISA section 38(1)(b) (Personal information).
