Information Request – Hospitality
Your Request
Please provide me with details of all hospitality expenditure by your organisation in the last five years. This includes dates, the events, locations, guests and the purpose of the hospitality.
If easier, you can break this down into the last five financial years.

To provide information relating to External Hospitality only.
Our Response
We have provided a report from our financial management system, which is provided separately to this response.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we do not hold some of the information that you have requested. This is because the description field is limited and is dependent upon who has entered the information into the system at the time.
We have redacted out some personal information, mainly administrative staff who may have made bookings, and any persons named who are not NatureScot staff. We have withheld this information under the FOISA exemption 38(1)(b) (Personal Data), as to release this information in response to your information request would breach the Data Protection Act 2018.
However, we have, if provided within the description, retained the names of NatureScot staff of F-Grade or above.
