Future Routes for Nature Fund 2026 – For young people, by young people.

NatureScot has just launched the next round of the Future Routes for Nature Fund! 

The Future Routes for Nature Fund was designed by young people for young people and is open to teams and individuals aged 11-26 from across Scotland who have an idea which would help young people connect with nature and have a positive impact on Scotland’s biodiversity and environment. This fund is aimed at turning the ambitious, inspiring, and exciting ideas of Scotland’s young people into a reality, increasing their engagement with nature, and empowering them to take positive action towards tackling the climate and nature crises. 

The Future Routes for Nature Fund is open for applications from 11 May until 19 June 2026. Full details about the Fund and how to apply can be found on our website
