NatureScot Research Report 1062 - SPANS Scotland's People and Nature Survey 2017-18
Scotland's People and Nature Survey (SPANS) is a large-scale quantitative survey conducted among a representative sample of adults in Scotland. The survey collects information on how people living in Scotland use, value and enjoy the natural environment. The 2017/18 survey updates the findings from two of the question modules included in the 2013/14 survey: participation in outdoor recreation and the health and well-being benefits associated with visiting the outdoors.
