NatureScot Commissioned Report 955 - Planning for development - customer survey 2016
In 2016, we engaged Why Research Ltd to conduct a customer satisfaction survey focusing on our planning for development service. This was the third of four such surveys planned by NatureScot to guide service improvements and how we operate as an organisation.
The broadly positive survey findings reveal an emerging trend towards annual improvements in many areas. Customer satisfaction is high and most respondents agree that NatureScot advice and guidance is enabling.
Customers better understand our role in the planning system – though some aspects could be clearer. Awareness of the NatureScot Planning for Development Service Statement is growing.
