NatureScot Commissioned Report 921: Planning for development - customer survey 2015
In 2015, NatureScot engaged Why Research Ltd to carry out a customer satisfaction survey covering our planning for development service.
The findings are broadly positive and reveal improvements in many areas since a similar 2014 survey. Our role in the planning system appears to be well regarded and satisfaction with our services, guidance and advice is generally high.
Not all respondents had a clear understanding of our role in the planning system, however. Awareness of the NatureScot Planning for Development Service Statement also remains relatively low.
