SNH Workforce Plan 2018 to 2022

This Workforce Plan focuses on identifying the processes and tools that we intend to use over the 2018-22 four year period in order to fulfill and deliver the ambitions of the new Corporate Plan. Our 2018-22 priorities are also informed by our staff experiences, through our staff survey, and our ambitions to ensure our organisation better reflects the population of Scotland.
