The Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 (“The Act”) requires a contracting authority to prepare and publish an annual procurement report on its regulated procurement activities as soon as reasonably practicable after the end of its financial year.
The purpose of the report is to:
- Aid visibility of purchasing activities
- Be a mechanism for conveying how SNH is meeting legislative requirements
- Outline how SNH’s procurement activity is contributing to the delivery of its broader aims and objectives.
SNH’s first procurement annual report covers financial years 2016-17 and 2017-18.
