Join an expert mycologist for a guided walk to explore the fascinating fungi found at Craigellachie National Nature Reserve.  Discover some weird and wonderful facts about the wealth of fungi that makes Craigellachie its home.

Please wear comfortable walking shoes/boots and bring waterproofs.

    West of Aviemore within easy walking distance of the village centre and train station.  
    PH22 1PR is the nearest postcode.  You can park in the youth hostel car park, but please don't leave vehicles overnight.

    The nearest bus stop is on the High Street at Aviemore railway station (1 kilometre). The Heather Hopper bus service provides connections throughout the Cairngorms National Park.
    Trains stop at Aviemore railway station (1 kilometre).

    Follow signs from Aviemore Youth Hostel to the reserve entrance, passing under the A9..
