Beinn Eighe NNR - Deer Management

Deer management is an important part of allowing Beinn Eighe’s woodlands to thrive.

Come and learn about why and how we manage deer on the Reserve. 

11:30-12:30 Join our stalker Jack in the larder for a demonstration and talk
12:30-13:30 Venison BBQ
13:30-14:30 A walk with Reserve staff to see and talk about the importance of deer management for the health of the habitats on the reserve.

Booking essential. All under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult.

Part of this event will be outside and may involve walking on rough trails in all-weather so an appropriate level of fitness, outdoor clothing and footwear are required.
